Wholesale Minimum

  • The minimum wholesale order placed through our website is $100.

  • Customers located in Tennessee must pay sales tax unless a valid resale certificate has been submitted and approved.

    We do not deliver and do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.

    Phone Orders

    If you’re placing an order by phone, please have the following ready:

    • A completed order list, unless you are calling with questions about items

    • Your full contact and billing information

    • Your credit card details, including:

      • Card number

      • Expiration date

      • Security code (CVV)

      • Billing address

    This ensures your order is processed quickly and accurately.

    Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours.
    Please allow 1–3 business days for standard order processing before shipment.
    Some orders may take longer such as Custom or made-to-order items may require extended production times, as noted on their product pages.

    Errors & Omissions

    We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and pricing. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.

    Product listings do not guarantee availability.
    River Craft Ceramics reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

    Product Images & Descriptions

    Images shown on our site are provided for reference purposes only.

    Due to manufacturer updates and the handmade nature of ceramic products, minor variations in color, shape, design, or packaging may occur. These variations are not considered defects and do not affect the functionality of the item.

    Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

    River Craft Ceramics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for reasons including (but not limited to):

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Pricing errors

    • Unauthorized resale attempts

    • Product unavailability

    Limitation of Liability

    River Craft Ceramics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our products, including but not limited to:

    • Delays in shipping or production

    • Customs clearance issues

    • Misuse or mishandling of products by the customer

    All content on this website—including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, and design elements—is the property of River Craft Ceramics or approved partner/distributor content and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

    Customer Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
    Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is available also.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday–Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for standard in-stock orders to be prepared before shipment.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time as noted on the individual product page.

Shipping Method

For orders that qualify for free shipping, we will select the most cost-effective shipping method available at the time of fulfillment.
All packages are securely packed and insured to protect against damage during transit.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete instructions on submitting a damage claim.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with appropriate photo documentation.

International Orders 

If approved for international shipping, please note the following:

  • Customers must provide contact details for a customs broker who will handle clearance. When needed for custom or large/heavy orders.

  • What Is a Customs Broker?

    A customs broker is a licensed professional or company that helps clear your shipment through your country’s customs and ensures all import duties and paperwork are properly handled.

    How to Find One:

    • Search online for "customs broker + [your country]

    • Ask your local post office or shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

    • Contact a freight forwarding service in your area.

    • Many brokers offer one-time services for small business or individual shipments.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid separately by the customer.

  • Our shipping fees cover transport only, not customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather-related events, we are happy to assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim if necessary.

PO Boxes & Delivery Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes when eligible for free shipping. Shipping to a PO box is at the expense of the customer.
Please provide a physical street address when placing your order. 

Return and Refund Policy

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email at least 7 photos to tony@rivercraftceramics.com. Required photos include:

  • The damaged item

  • All damaged items grouped in one photo

  • All sides of the shipping box (even if undamaged)

  • A clear photo of the shipping label

Please also include your order number and phone number in the email.

All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and review your documentation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns

Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending any items back.

  • Items paid for and shipped as shown on the invoice are not considered incorrect, and it is the customer’s responsibility to double-check the order before checkout.

  • A photo of any incorrect item must be submitted to tony@rivercraftceramics.com for approval.

We only cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
All other returns are at the customer’s expense.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when sending any return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.

Special order items are non-returnable.

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and must be authorized by River Craft Ceramics.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shortages

Please report any missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
All orders are double-checked prior to shipping, but we’re happy to assist with any discrepancies.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of ceramics and supplier manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, shape, design, or glaze are normal. These do not affect the functionality or quality of the item and are not considered defects.

Additional Notes

All items are handcrafted or sourced from ceramic suppliers where slight differences in appearance are part of the production process. Returns based on cosmetic variations such as slight color or shape differences will be treated as standard returns, and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
