Pricing

Prices are subject to change in accordance with current manufacturers. If you wish to be notified of any sales and special promotions, please indicate so in the comments or special instructions section of our order before submitting. Wholesale Minimum Web order: The minimum wholesale website order is $100.

Sales Tax

Tennessee residents must pay sales tax unless they have a valid resale number. Please give us your tax number certificate when ordering.

Terms & Use of Credit Cards

Payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and money orders. Pre-pay by check is also available. We do not ship COD.

Phone Orders

Please have your order prepared and completed before calling. If you have a customer number please provide it along with your name, business name, address, area code, and telephone number. Have your credit card number, expiration date, statement bill to address.

USA only

All orders within the USA only, outside the USA please call us for pricing and availability.

Shortages

Each order is double checked for accuracy. Please check order carefully against your packing list/invoice. Report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Pictures & Descriptions of Products

We make every effort to update our description and pictures of the products we sell. Please note that the pictures on our website are representative of the product for example purposes. We try to show the most current product available. All products on our website are subject to change in color, design, shape, and packing, due to manufacturer updates, changes and availability.

Errors and/or Omissions

While we always to provide top quality merchandise at a good value, from time to time errors are discovered on our website pages. Presentation in our website does not guarantee availability of any items.

Shipping Policies

We will make every effort to select the lowest cost method of shipping your order to you.

Damage (USPS)

Your order will be packed to arrive in good condition. All of our packages are insured for shipping. If by chance you receive a broken item, Please take photos of your box, packaging, and item. Send photos to tony@rivercraftceramics.com along with your order number, phone number. It is important to include at least 7 photos. One of the broken item, photos of each side of the package, even if there is no damage, and one photo of the label. Once all items are received and reviewed, we will receive a replacement or refund. All Claims MUST be submitted within 7 days after you have received receipt of merchandise.

Returns

Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any goods back to us. We will pay return shipping charges only on items wrongly shipped or defective. All other returns must be shipped at the cost of the purchaser. Special order items are not returnable. Any returns must be authorized by River Craft Ceramics, and only within 7 days after you have received receipt of merchandise.
