INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cast the mold in usual manner. Clean the greenware with a Clean-Up Tool. Bisque fire to cone 04.
  2. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  3. Using various size drybrush’s, drybrush the pieces as follows.
  4. Basecoat the piece with SS-138 Flat Black 2 coats. Allow to dry!
  5. Drybrush the cart and wheels with SS-237 Dark Brown then with SS-24 Chocolate Fudge Followed by SS-198 Chocolate then SS-234 Medium Mocha.
  6. Drybrush the trim, handles and legs of the cart with SS-194 Medium Taupe the highlight with SS-192 Light Taupe.
  7. Lighten some SS-13 Flat Black with a little SS-192 Light Taupe. Drybrush the center and edges of the wheels with this mix.
  8. Trace on the lettering using Graphite Paper or sketch your own. Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, paint the letters with SS-19 Country Sage, highlight the sides with SS-138 Flat
  9. Black.Apply 1-2 coats of AC-502 Matte Sealer to the piece.
  10. DO NOT FIRE
