Custom Kiln Orders – Cancellation & Refund Policy
All kilns are made to order, and many are custom-built to customer specifications. As such:

• Custom kiln orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

• If a cancellation is requested prior to the start of production, a 30% restocking/cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative, material, and scheduling costs.

By placing an order for a custom kiln, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Inside dimensions: 11 ¼” wide x 13 ½ ” deep, fires to cone 4/2100°F.

120-volt models come equipped with a pilot light, metal stand, stainless steel jacket, and Bartlett 3K-CF electronic controller.  Data is entered by scrolling through the up and down arrows for the desired cone fire or ramp/hold programming.

Options include upgrading to the Genesis touchscreen controller or the 12-key digital KilnStar controller for more ramp-hold user programs and multiple features including delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip-step, and many more for precise firings every time.  Messages and Information are available for reviewing a firing profile before or during the firing, viewing the current segment the firing is in, and cone table for easy lookup of temperature and cone number equivalents.  Other options available are a blank or bead collar, kiln vent, and much more!

Furniture Kits for 120-volt models provide 2-3 layers of shelving for stacking ware, assorted small square posts, and a one-pound bag of kiln wash.  Choose the standard furniture kit or build your own with shelves and posts in the quantities required.
